Rachel Conley
Operations Manager – Independent Insurance Agent
Rachel was born and raised in Maine and is a graduate of Portland High School and attended the University of Southern Maine. With over 25 years of experience in Public School transportation, she made a meaningful impact on the lives of hundreds of children. In early 2025, she made the decision to step into the Medicare Insurance field, inspired and encouraged by her daughters, Lizzy and Katie, who both work in the medical insurance sector. Rachel obtained her Health Insurance license in early 2025 and quickly immersed herself in the industry. She brings a kind, patient, and detail-oriented approach to her work and is eager to grow her knowledge to better serve clients. Her professional background also includes time spent in real estate with Keller Williams in Portland.
For the past 30 years, Rachel has been an advocate for herself in navigating the healthcare system. Her personal experience working with providers and Patient Assistance Programs has given her a strong understanding of the challenges many face when seeking insurance approval and care. In her current role as Operations Manager, Rachel plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and client services. She is often the first friendly voice clients hear when they reach out for assistance. Rachel lives just outside of Portland with her husband, Nick and their 3 dogs: Lucy, Rudy and Dex. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening, traveling, and sharing coffee and conversation with friends and neighbors.
Darlene "Emy" Emerson, MBA, RN
Independent Insurance Agent
A native to the State of Maine, Darlene comes with over three decades of experience in public service. She has held careers as a Social Worker, a Probation Officer and for the past decade, a Registered Nurse. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration. These years of varied experience provide an exceptional base of knowledge to better understand and meet the needs of clients.
Darlene is hardworking, compassionate, and kind. She works relentlessly to find the most appropriate plan for her clients and provides continued support and advocates through the often confusing and complex Medicare insurance process, beyond the initial enrollment period.
While not working Darlene enjoys painting, golf, gardening and spending times with friends and family, especially her grandchildren, Carter, Olivia, Miles, and Audrey.
Rhonda Ralph, RN, BS
Founder/President - Independent Insurance Agent
After relocating from Newfoundland, Canada Rhonda made Bangor, Maine her home in 1993. A Registered Nurse with a BS in Healthcare Administration and nearly 30 years of industry experience, Rhonda is a consummate, kind, and driven professional. During her 13 years directing a home health and hospice agency, she acquired extensive knowledge about Medicare insurance benefits.
Rhonda also accumulated valuable insights working 13 years teaching and consulting Home Health agencies around the country regarding data analysis and reporting software for home health care. She is dedicated to serving her clients and helping maneuver the complexities of Medicare Insurance. Rhonda, a passionate patient advocate, realized the confusion with navigating today’s complex healthcare system. That’s one reason why she chose to become a Medicare Insurance Specialist. She is committed to helping guide her clients through their Medicare Insurance needs.
In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys painting with acrylics, cooking, gardening, golfing, and spending time by the ocean with Blu, her Soft-coated Wheaten Terrier.
Elizabeth "Lizzy" Conley
Vice President - Independent Insurance Agent
Lizzy was born and raised in the state of Maine completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science at the University of Southern Maine. After a few years in social work, Lizzy realized she could help individuals in the Medicare world starting a career on the carrier side of Medicare.
She spent 7 years improving customer service, growing membership and contributing to plan design at a major carrier in the state of Maine. She then moved to the broker side of the business managing individual and small group sales departments successfully improving retention and growth. Lizzy has been on all sides of the insurance business never straying from Medicare. She brings a unique and necessary knowledge to navigate the Medicare journey with our clients.
Customer service is Lizzy’s priority, always providing timely follow up with clients. She is determined in her advocacy for Medicare beneficiaries when it comes to any service issues. Diligent in maintaining her knowledge of the Medicare industry, she excels in her expertise through continual educational opportunities. Her patience, work ethic and deep understanding of the business result in quality services to all she serves.
In her free time, Lizzy enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with her friends and Yorkies Rudy and Dexter.
Zackery "Zack" Luce
Independent Insurance Agent
Zack was born and raised in the state of Maine completing his degree in golf management at Keiser University. Zack spent time between Maine and Florida to continue his golf career working at various courses including LPGA International and Willowdale Golf Course. He gained experience in everything from turf agriculture to business management. Zack played a large role in increasing revenue and membership year over year at the courses he managed. During his decade spent in golf management, Zack realized what he loved most was time spent with customers.
Solving problems for members at the courses, conversing with members and running the tournaments. He learned just enough about the Medicare industry over time to pique an interest as many of the members were Medicare beneficiaries. Intrigued by the industry and meeting other brokers along the way, Zack decided to make a career change bringing the interpersonal skills you just cannot teach from the golf industry to the Medicare field.
Outside of work, Zack loves to watch and play sports. He is known to save animals in need. His longtime companion, Laka, who he found as a stray on the side of the road in Palaka Florida is who you see in the photo below. Zack and Laka spend their free time finding new trails to hike. Zack’s determination and empathy for others will be a wonderful contribution to the team.
